Shoppers: $2.00, 14 & under free
Vendors: $25.00 (three 8ft. tables per space maximum, power is not available)
Table Rental: $10.00 per table, first come, first serve

Vancouver Island’s largest Swap & Shop is a great open air family experience. Browse through a myriad of vendors featuring everything from fresh produce, bedding plants, flowers, lawn & garden items, household goods, jewelry to all manner of collectibles and unexpected treasures.

* Smoking is prohibited on the speedway oval and shopping area
* Please note that dogs or pets of any kind are not permitted in the shopping area.

Shopper Information

• Gates open at 7:00 am, No parking before 6:00am
• Dogs and animals of any kind are not permitted in the shopping area
• Smoking is prohibited on the speedway oval and shopping area
• Acres of Free Parking
• Handicapped parking available. Those parking in designated handicapped stalls without displaying a valid parking permit will be towed immediately at the vehicle owner's expense
• Concession is now open. The Breakfast Menu, cold drinks, and coffee are available
• Washrooms are available under speedway grandstands
• Alcohol prohibited on the property
• Management reserves the right to refuse entrance to anyone
• Inappropriate behaviour will result in ejection without a refund

Vendor Information

• Entrance onto the track is on a first come first served basis
• As you arrive on site please line up in designated lanes, please follow parking attendants directions
• Vendors arriving on site prior to 5:00 am are subject to a $25.00 fine and will enter the track last
• Overnight camping is NOT available at the RV Park
• Packing up must not begin before 12:00 pm
• All vendors must be packed up and off the track by 1:15 pm. Anyone not off the track by 1:15 pm will be asked not to come back
• For your comfort we highly recommend you bring a large umbrella or canopy to provide shade. The track can become very warm during the summer
• Please bring lots of drinking water for your personal use.
• Handmade craft foods may be sold on site, they must be packaged for consumption offsite. No storebought food/drink allowed for sale. 
  
  
• The sale of the following items is prohibited:
• Weapons (or items deemed by management as weapons)
• Hazardous goods
• Animals of any kind
• Alcohol
• Any items deemed pornographic or politically incorrect by management
• Food items already offered for sale by the All Fun Concession
• Store bought food/drink items
• In the event of rain (as decided by management), rain‐checks will be issued until 8:00 am. No cash refunds.

Extremely important: all unsold items, garbage, cardboard or debris of any kind must be taken away by each vendor. Penalties will apply for non‐compliance.
