In an effort to make Swap and Shop available year round, we will be running a Winter Swap and Shop under the Grandstand as a trial during the month of October. Rules and Requirements will be different than our usual Swap, so please review the following information. 

General Information

Sundays: October 3rd – October 24th (Additional Dates Pending)
Hours: 10:00am – 2:00pm
Location: Inside Track Grandstand

Browse through a myriad of vendors featuring everything from bedding plants, flowers, lawn & garden items, household goods, jewelry, seasonal crafts, to all manner of collectibles and unexpected treasures.

Pricing

Shoppers: $2.00, 14 & under free
Vendors: $30.00 (Includes 1 - 7 foot table, no space to bring your own table, tables are placed in predetermined spots, each table is $30, vendors wanting 2 tables pay $30 per table, maximum 2 tables per vendor)

COVID Requirements

• All Vendors and Shoppers must wear a mask while inside the Shopping Area
• All Vendors and Shoppers must provide their vaccine passports for validation upon arrival
• Vendor should bring Hand Sanitizer for use at your table

Shopper Information

• Gates open at 10:00 am, No parking before 9:00am
• Acres of Free Parking
• Handicapped parking available. Those parking in designated handicapped stalls without displaying a valid parking permit will be towed immediately at the vehicle owner's expense
• Concession is open. Burgers, Sides, Cold Drinks, and Coffee are available.  
• Washrooms are available
• Dogs and animals of any kind are not permitted in the shopping area
• Smoking is prohibited in the shopping area 
• Alcohol prohibited on the property.
• Management reserves the right to refuse entrance to anyone
• Inappropriate behaviour will result in ejection without a refund

Vendor Information

• Pre-Registration will be available through Happsnow at This Link.
• Gates open at 8:30 am, last entry at 9:45 am
• Table Assignment is on first come, first serve basis
• No arrival on site before 6:00 am, line up in designated area, no overnight parking/camping
• Vendors wishing to sell any type of food item must pre-register via email: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. 
• Packup begins at 2:00 pm, area must be vacated by 3:00 pm
• Prohibited Items: the sale of the following items is prohibited:
  • Weapons (or items deemed by management as weapons)
  • Hazardous goods
  • Animals of any kind
  • Alcohol
  • Any items deemed pornographic or politically incorrect by management
  • Food items not pre-approved by Swap & Shop management
• As the event is taking place indoors, there will be no rain outs.

* Please note that dogs or pets of any kind are not permitted in the shopping area

Extremely important: all unsold items, garbage, cardboard or debris of any kind must be taken away by each vendor. Penalties will apply for non‐compliance.
